            A.        June 6, 2005 Regular Meeting

III.       PUBLIC HEARINGS 

A.        Z-10-2005; 6520-6530 Elm Street; Rezoning Upon Annexation

            Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval

            The petitioner requests rezoning upon annexation from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-3 Single-Family Residence District and requests approval of a preliminary plat of subdivision.

B.        Z-09-2005:  501-1201 Burr Ridge Parkway (Opus North Corporation); Final PUD Review – Opus North Town Center;  Continued from June 6, 2005 and June 7, 2005 

            Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval w/ Conditions

            The petitioner requests special use approval as per Section XIII.L.2.d of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to consider approval of final plans for the Burr Ridge Town Center Planned Unit Development, the preliminary plans for which were previously approved on April 11, 2005, by Ordinance Number A-834-10-05.

A.                 July 18, 2005 – 7:30 PM ; The following petition was continued from the May 16, 2005 Plan Commission meeting:  

§         Z-08-2005: 11500 79th Street and 2 Fox Lane; Rezoning and PUD  

B.                 The following petition has been filed and may be scheduled for the July 18, 2005 meeting pending Plan Commission consent.  The public notice deadline is June 29, 2005. 

§         8320 Madison Street; Giant Steps; Renewal of Special Use Permit for a school, workshop, and training center for developmentally disabled persons 

C.                 August 1, 2005 – 7:30 PM; The filing deadline for this meeting is July 11, 2005: 

§         7001-7073 Case Drive; Fair Oaks PUD; Final plan review for Phase 3 of Fair Oaks PUD.

VII.     ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: Any item being voted on at this meeting will be forwarded to the Village President and Board of Trustees for their consideration at their June 27, 2005 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:30 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the June 27, 2005 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Cronin.
