III.             PUBLIC HEARINGS             

A.                 Z-06-2006: 501-1201 Burr Ridge Parkway (Opus North); Amendment to Village Center PUD for tenant wall signs

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Amendment

Requests special use approval as per Section XIII.L of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for an amendment to the Burr Ridge Village Center Planned Unit Development, Ordinance No. A-834-25-05.  The amendment seeks approval for additional tenant signs on the back and sides of the buildings.  The existing PUD restricts wall signs to the front of the buildings facing the proposed Village Center Drive.

B.                 Z-07-2006: Seven (7) parcels known as 7675 Wolf Road, 7715 Wolf Road, 7725 Wolf Road, 7755 Wolf Road, 7785 Wolf Road, 7801 Wolf Road, and 7875 Wolf Road; Rezoning and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Rezoning from the R-1 to the R-3 Single-Family Residence District

Consider rezoning of these annexed parcels from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-2A Single-Family Residence District for the purpose of conforming the zoning to the surrounding area and permitting the continued use of the majority of the properties as single-family residential lots.

C.                 Z-08-2006: 11S054 Jackson Street; Rezoning and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Rezoning from the R-1 to R-3 Single-Family Residence District

Consider rezoning of the recently annexed parcel from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-3 Single-Family Residence District for the purpose of conforming the zoning to the surrounding area and permitting the continued use of the property as single-family residential lots.
