III.             PUBLIC HEARINGS             

A.                 Z-09-2006: 8425 Meadowbrook Drive (Kornerstone Realty); Rezoning Upon Annexation and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Continuation to the May 15, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests rezoning upon annexation of the parcels commonly known as 8425 Meadowbrook Drive from the R-1 Single-Family District to the R-2B Single-Family District for the purpose of conforming the zoning to the surrounding area.

B.                 V-04-2006: 6201 Grant Street (Cimala); Variation and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Variation

Requests a variation from Section IV.J.1 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of erecting a fence that extends nearer to the corner side lot line than the corner side yard line which is 30 feet in the R-3 District. 

C.                 Z-05-2006: Zoning Ordinance Amendment; Text Amendment Regarding the General Accessory Section of the Zoning Ordinance

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Continuation to the May 1, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Consideration of an amendment to Section IV to modify the bulk regulations for detached buildings, structures, and uses.
