Z-15-2006: 11500 79th Street (Savoy Club, LLC); Special Use and Findings of Fact – continued from July 17, 2006 and June 19, 2006 Plan Commission Action: Continued to the September 18, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting Requests Final Plan approval pursuant to the Savoy Club Planned Unit Development as per Ordinance No. A-834-27-05 and as required by Section XIII.L.2.d of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to approve the final site plan, landscaping plan, building elevations, and sign plans related to the construction of a planned single-family residential development. B. Z-17-2006: 16W050 83rd Street (T-Mobile); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Approved Requests special use Approval per Section IV.V.1 of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to allow a proposed wireless communications facility to be installed on the Village of Burr Ridge Water Tower located at 16W050 83rd Street. The petitioner additionally seeks approval to expand the existing fence area in order to enclose the proposed ground equipment. C. V-06-2006: 7075 Veterans Boulevard (North American Spine Society); Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Approved Requests a variation from Section XI.C.13 of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to permit 112 parking spaces rather than the required 146 parking spaces, provided sufficient area is reserved for future accommodation of the required parking spaces located at 7075 Veterans Boulevard.
