A.                 Z-04-2006: 7885 Wolf Road (Burns); Rezoning, Variation and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Rezoning from the R-1 to the R-3 Single-Family Residence District

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Variation

Requests rezoning of the recently annexed property from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-2A Single-Family Residence District.  The petitioner additionally requests a variation from Section IV.L of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of seeking approval to install a private septic system on a lot less than one acre and a lot width of less than 150 feet.

B.                 V-03-2006: 2 Circle Ridge Court (Lorenz); Variations and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Variation

Requests variations from the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance as follows: a variation from Section XIV to permit the lot line adjacent to Circle Ridge Court to be the front lot line and the west lot line to be considered the rear lot line rather than the requirement that the front lot line be the more narrow frontage of a corner lot (in this case Circle Ridge Drive) and a variation from Section VI.F.7.a(1) to permit the existing single-family residence to be setback approximately 45 feet from the newly defined rear yard setback rather than the required 50 feet
