II. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES A. January 16, 2006 Regular Meeting III. PUBLIC HEARINGSA. V-01-2006: 11500 German Church Road (Trinity Lutheran Church); Variations and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Variation Requests a variation from Section IV.J.1 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of erecting a solid six foot tall fence at the perimeter of the cemetery on the church property. B. V-02-2006: 412 Rockwell Court (Panduit Corp.); Variations and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Variations with Conditions Requests variations from the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance as follows: a variation from Section XI.C.8(c) to permit parking in a side yard adjoining a street, a variation from Section XI.C.11 to permit a landscape area between parking areas and the corner side yard to be less than 15 feet and to allow for no landscape plantings within the perimeter landscape area adjacent to a parking area to the interior side lot line, a variation from Section IV.I.1 to permit a front entryway canopy to project more than three feet into a required yard and a variation from Appendix VI.1.c(3) to permit an access driveway to exceed the maximum 35 feet in width. C. Z-02-2006: 7960 Madison Street (Force Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Team Toro Muay Thai); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Special Use Requests special use approval as per the Section X.F.2 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the operation of a martial arts training school on the property commonly known as 7960 Madison Street D. Z-03-2006: 901 McClintock Drive (Harris Architects); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Special Use with Conditions Requests special use approval as per Section XIII.L.2.d of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to consider approval of: an amendment to Lot 2 Burr Ridge Associates Planned Unit Development modifying the site plan, landscape plan and building elevations for the purpose of constructing an office building approximately 108,000 square feet in area. The preliminary plans for the PUD were approved by Ordinance Number A-834-19-02 and the final plans were previously approved by Ordinance A-834-02-03. III. CORRESPONDENCEA.
