A.                Z-15-2006:  11500 79th Street (Savoy Club, LLC); Special Use and Findings of Fact – continued from June 19, 2006           

Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the August 7, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests Final Plan approval pursuant to the Savoy Club Planned Unit Development as per Ordinance No. A-834-27-05 and as required by Section XIII.L.2.d of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to approve the final site plan, landscaping plan, building elevations, and sign plans related to the construction of a planned single-family residential development.

B.                 Z-16-2006:  11650 Bridewell Drive (Monarch Design & Construction); Special Use and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the August 21, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests special use approval for a Planned Unit Development to accommodate the development of the 19.8 acre property for up to 12 office buildings ranging in size from 1 to 2 stories and from 4,300 to 33,000 square feet.

VII.    ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their July 24, 2006 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the July 24, 2006 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Bolos.
