Z-10-2006: 15W431 59th Street (Hanson Center); Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued from May 1, 2006 Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Special Use with Conditions Requests special use approval as per Section VI.F.2.c and g of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance and an amendment to Ordinance No. A-454-10-85, an Ordinance granting special use approval for a recreation and arts facility for people with disabilities. Special use approval is requested to construct a garden area which consists of a gazebo, water feature, a brick paver walk patio with seat walls, and landscape plantings. B. Z-12-2006: 16W110 83rd Street (Balance Institute of Gymnastics, LLC); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of Special Use with Conditions Requests for special use approval as per the Section X.F.2 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the operation of a gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading training and practice facility on the property commonly known as 16W110 83rd Street C. Z-13-2006: 11637 White Oak Court (Manieri); Text Amendment or Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval of a Text Amendment Requests an amendment to Section IV.I.35 to modify the regulations for steps in required yards or a variation from Section IV.I.35 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of installing an open staircase containing more than 8 steps below grade in the required rear yard accessing the principal structure at the property commonly known as 11637 White Oak Court.
