A.                 Z-05-2006: Zoning Ordinance Amendment; Text Amendment Regarding the General Accessory Section and the Definition & Rules Section of the Zoning Ordinance

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Continuation to the April 17, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Consideration of an amendment to Section IV to modify the bulk regulations for detached buildings, structures, and uses; an amendment to Section XIV to modify the definition of building height and to add the definition of sexually oriented businesses; an amendment to Section IV.I regarding the minimum lot area requirement for garden walls; and an amendment to Section IV.G.2 to modify regulations regarding through lots.

C.                 PC-05-2006: Discussion of Sign Ordinance Regulations Regarding Window Signs and the Use of LED Signs 

D.                PC-06-2006:  Discussion of  Regulations for Parking of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Districts

A.               April 3, 2006: The following public hearings are scheduled:

·        Z-06-2006: 501-1201 Burr Ridge Parkway (Opus North); Amendment to Village Center PUD for tenant wall signs

·        Z-07-2006: 7675 Wolf Road, 7715 Wolf Road, 7725 Wolf Road, 7755 Wolf Road, 7785 Wolf Road, 7801 Wolf Road, & 7875 Wolf Road; Rezoning and Findings of Fact

·        Z-08-2006: 11S054 Jackson Street; Rezoning of recently annexed parcel.

B.               April 17, 2006: The filing deadline for this meeting is March 27, 2006.

·        Z-09-2006: 8425 Meadowbrook Drive (Kornerstone Realty); Rezoning upon Annexation 

VII.              ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their March 27, 2006 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the March 27, 2006 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner  Stratis.
