Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Rezoning to the R-2B Single-Family Residence District Upon Annexation

Requests rezoning upon annexation from the R-1 Single-Family District to the R-2B Single-Family District.

B.                 Z-05-2006: Zoning Ordinance Amendment; Text Amendment Regarding the General Accessory Section of the Zoning Ordinance – Continued from May 1, 2006, April 17, 2006, April 3, 2006 and March 20, 2006.

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval of Text Amendment

Consideration of an amendment to Section IV to modify the bulk regulations for detached buildings, structures, and uses.
