Z-21-2006: 11351 79th Street (Benz); Rezoning and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Rezoning to the R-2A District Requests a rezoning from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to either the R-2 Single-Family Residence District or the R-2A Single-Family Residence District for the property located at 11351 79th Street. Z-22-2006: 6161 & 6191 County Line Road (Naffah & Parillo); Rezoning and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Rezoning to the R-2A District Request for a rezoning from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-2 Single-Family Residence District of the R-2A Single-Family Residence District for the properties located at 6161 and 6191 County Line Road. Z-23-2006: 11 Andrew Court (Lawton); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommend Approval with Conditions Requests an amendment to Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. A-454-10-95 to permit the modification of the approved Subdivision Plat for the purpose of consolidating an adjacent parcel with Lot 17 of the Ruth Lake Ridge Subdivision.
