A.                 August 21, 2006 Plan Commission Regular Meeting

III.             PUBLIC HEARINGS             

A.                Z-15-2006:  11500 79th Street (Savoy Club, LLC); Special Use and Findings of Fact – continued from August 7, 2006, July 17, 2006 and June 19, 2006           

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval with Conditions

Requests Final Plan approval pursuant to the Savoy Club Planned Unit Development as per Ordinance No. A-834-27-05 and as required by Section XIII.L.2.d of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to approve the final site plan, landscaping plan, building elevations, and sign plans related to the construction of a planned single-family residential development.

B.                 V-07-2006:  8310-8350 Madison Street (JSQ, Inc.); Variation and Findings of Fact           

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval with Conditions

Requests a variation from Section XI.C.8.c of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to permit the expansion of an existing parking area to the front of the existing building located at 8310-8350 Madison Street.

C.                 Z-18-2006:  15W660 79th Street (Masterfoods USA); Special Use and Findings of Fact           

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval with Conditions

Requests a special use approval per Section IV.J.2 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the continued use of the property for a dog training facility.  The subject use was granted a special use in 2005 with a one year term and the petitioner is seeking a renewal of the special use approval for the property at 15W660 79th Street.

D.                Z-19-2006:  120 Harvester Drive (BJF Resorts, LLC); Special Use and Findings of Fact           

Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the October 2, 2006 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests an amendment to Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. A-834-08-04 to consider modifications of the planned 3-story building at 120 Harvester Drive including a reduction in total building area, elimination of below-grade parking, and modifying the loading berth from an interior to an exterior loading berth for the building at 120 Harvester Drive.  The petitioner additionally seeks to modify the previously approved principal identification ground monument signs previously approved as exhibits to Ordinance A-834-08-04.

VII.    ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their September 25, 2006 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the September 25, 2006 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner ____.
