A.                Z-15-2007; Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment and Findings of Fact – Architectural Entrance Structures (Walsh) – Continued from July 16, 2007

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Approval with Modification to Amendment Language

Requests a text amendment to Section IV.I of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to add the following to the list of permitted accessory structures in a residential district: “Architectural Entrance Structures with gates and solid walls” or such other similar description as may be deemed appropriate by the Plan Commission.

B.                 Z-17-2007; 7055 High Grove Boulevard (Kosich); Text Amendment, Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued from July 16, 2007

Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the August 20, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests a special use in the LI Light Industrial District and to seek special use approval to permit a medical office building within the LI Light Industrial District for the property commonly known as 7055 High Grove Boulevard.

C.                Z-18-2007; 8331 Meadowbrook Drive and 16W215-16W347 83rd Street Fact (Woodland Park Burr Ridge LLC); Rezoning, Special Use, and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the August 20, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests rezoning of the property describe below from the B-1 Business District, GI General Industrial, and the R-2B Single-Family Residence District to the O-2 Office District and requests special use approval to designate the property as a Planned Unit Development; all of which is to re-develop an existing residential property on Meadowbrook Drive into two office buildings comparable to the existing office buildings in the Woodland Park Subdivision with shared access from 83rd Street and shared parking.  The existing residential property is commonly known as 8331 Meadowbrook Drive and the existing office park is commonly known as 16W215-16W347 83rd Street.

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their August 13, 2007 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the August 13, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Perri.
