Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Approval of a Text Amendment

Consideration of an amendment to modify the maximum height requirement for detached buildings in the R-2 Single-Family Residence District or to seek a variation from the maximum height requirement for detached buildings in the R-2 Single-Family Residence District. 

B.                 Z-02-2007:  15W660 79th Street (Masterfoods USA);  Text Amendment and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Denial of Text Amendment

Consideration of an amendment to add detached accessory structures for the purpose of providing shelter for smoking employees in non-residential districts. 

C.                 Z-03-2007: 7500 County Line Road  (Loria); Rezoning, Special Use and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Special Use Approval with Conditions

Requests a rezoning from the R-2A Single-Family Residence District to the T-1 Transitional District and Special Use approval to erect a new office building on the subject property. 

D.                Z-04-2007; 15W230 North Frontage Road (Wujcik);  Rezoning and Findings of Fact 

Petition Withdrawn by Petitioner

Requests a rezoning from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the B-2 General Business District, R-3 Single-Family Residence District, or O-2 Office & Hotel District.

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their January 22, 2007 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the January 22, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Franzese.
