II. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES A. June 18, 2007 Plan Commission Regular Meeting III. PUBLIC HEARINGSA. V-03-2007: 7816 Drew Avenue (Cubillos); Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval with Conditions Requests a variation from Section XIV to permit the lot line adjacent to Drew Avenue to be the front lot line and the west lot line to be considered the rear lot line rather than the requirement that the front lot line be the more narrow frontage of a corner lot (in this case 79th Street) for the property commonly known as 7816 Drew Avenue. B. Z-15-2007; Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment and Findings of Fact – Architectural Entrance Structures (Walsh) Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval Requests a text amendment to Section IV.I of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to add the following to the list of permitted accessory structures in a residential district: “Architectural Entrance Structures with gates and solid walls” or such other similar description as may be deemed appropriate by the Plan Commission. C. Z-16-2007; 780 Village Center Drive (Topaz Café); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Denial of Illuminating the Blade Sign - and - Recommended Approval of all other requests with Conditions Requests an amendment the Burr Ridge Village Center Planned Unit Development Ordinance Nos. A-834-25-05 and A-834-18-06 as follows: to modify the footprint of the patio/outdoor seating area to the north side of Building 4; to add a fire pit and outdoor bar in the patio/outdoor seating area; to add a canopy/awning over the patio/outdoor seating area; to add a sign at the top of the proposed canopy/awning to the north of Building 4; and to seek special use approval for a restaurant with the sales of alcoholic beverages; all for a proposed sit-down restaurant in the Burr Ridge Village Center for the property commonly known as 780 Village Center Drive. D. Z-17-2007; 7055 High Grove Boulevard (Kosich); Text Amendment, Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Continued to the August 6, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting Requests a text amendment to Section X.E.2 of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to add “Medical or dental clinics (but not including facilities devoted primarily to emergency medical services)” as a special use in the LI Light Industrial District and to seek special use approval to permit a medical office building within the LI Light Industrial District for the property commonly known as 7055 High Grove Boulevard.
