A.                 V-01-2007:  15W560 63rd Street (Stratis); Variations and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Denial

Requests a variation from Section VI.F.3.a(1) to permit the back portion of the petitioners property to be considered a buildable zoning lot of record without the minimum 100 feet of street frontage and to seek a variation from Section IV.I.2 to permit the flare of a future driveway accessing the property to encroach beyond the property line as extended to the street pavement for the property commonly known as 15W506 63rd Street

B.                 Z-14-2007; 7001 North Frontage Road (Blackrock Medical); Text Amendment, Special Use, Variation, and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Approval with Conditions

Requests a text amendment to add “Medical or dental clinics (but not including facilities devoted primarily to emergency medical services” and “Retail uses accessory to either a permitted use or a special use in this district” as special uses in the LI Light Industrial District; requests special use approvals to permit a medical office building with accessory retail pharmacy within the LI Light Industrial District; and requests variations from Section X.E.5 to permit a new office building to exceed 35 feet in height from Section XI.C.13.b to permit a parking area that has fewer parking spaces than the minimum required for medical clinics/office and the accessory retail pharmacy.

B.               August 6, 2007:  The filing deadline for this meeting is July 16, 2007. 

VII.    ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their June 25, 2007 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the June 25, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner _____.
