A.                Z-05-2007:  7075 Veterans Boulevard (North American Spine Society); Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued from February 5, 2007

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Special Use Approval

Requests an amendment the Fair Oaks Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. A-834-06-05 to consider permitting a ground monument sign for North American Spine Society located near the entrance to the parking area of their building at the subject property.

B.                Z-10-2007:  16W559 South Frontage Road (Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic); Special Use and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Special Use Approval with Conditions

Requests site plan approval in accordance with Section VIII.A.9 of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance in order to add onto the existing veterinary clinic for the property commonly known as 16W559 South Frontage Road.

C.                 Z-11-2007:  775 Village Center Drive (Coopers Hawk); Special Use and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  None Required - Petitioner to Refile

Requests an amendment to the Preliminary Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. A-834-10-05 to add “Winery” to the list of Special Uses in Buildings 2, 3, 4, and 5; to seek special use approval for a restaurant with the sales of alcoholic beverages; and to seek special use approval to consider the hours of operation of 10 AM to 1 AM Friday and Saturday all for a proposed sit-down restaurant and winery in the Burr Ridge Village Center for the property commonly known as 775 Village Center Drive.

D.                V-01-2007: 15W506 63rd Street (Stratis); Variations and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Denial of Variations

Seeks variation from Section VI.F.3.a(1) to permit the back portion of the petitioners property to be considered a buildable zoning lot of record without the minimum 100 feet of street frontage and to seek a variation from Section IV.I.2 to permit the flare of a future driveway accessing the property to encroach beyond the property line as extended to the street pavement

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their March 12, 2007 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the March 12, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Cronin.
