II. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES A. April 16, 2007 Plan Commission Regular Meeting - Draft III. PUBLIC HEARINGSA. V-02-2007; 6363 Manor Drive (Gamelli); Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval Requests a variation from Section XIV to permit the lot line adjacent to Manor Drive to be the front lot line and the west lot line to be considered the rear lot line rather than the requirement that the front lot line be the more narrow frontage of a corner lot (in this case Plainfield Road) for the property commonly known as 6363 Manor Drive. B. Z-09-2007; 9500 Madison Street (Chochola); Rezoning Upon Annexation, Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval of Rezoning Upon Annexation and Preliminary Plat. The Variation Request was withdrawn. Requests rezoning upon annexation from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-2A Single-Family Residence District of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance and requests a variation from Section IV.D.3.a(1) to permit the reduction of lot width from 130 feet to 122 feet for the proposed 5 lot residential subdivision of the property commonly known as 9500 Madison Street C. Z-11-2007; 590 Village Center Drive (Coopers Hawk); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval with Conditions Requests an amendment to the Preliminary Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. A-834-10-05 to add “Winery” to the list of Special Uses in Buildings 2, 3, 4, and 5; to seek special use approval for a restaurant with the sales of alcoholic beverages; and to seek special use approval to consider the hours of operation of 10 AM to 1 AM Friday and Saturday all for a proposed sit-down restaurant and winery in the Burr Ridge Village Center for the property commonly known as 775 Village Center Drive.
