Plan Commission Action:  Continued to the December 3, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting

Requests special use approval to permit a medical office building within the LI Light Industrial District.

B.                Z-23-2007; 8331 Meadowbrook Drive and 16W273 - 16W347 83^rd Street (Woodland Park LLC);  Special Use and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Approval to the Village Board w/ Conditions

Requests special use approval as per Sections IX.D.2.f and XIII.L.2.d of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for approval of the final plans for the Woodland Park Planned Unit Development.

C.                 Z-24-2007; 10S521 Route 83 (Malecki);  Rezoning Upon Annexation and Findings of Fact

Plan Commission Action:  Recommended Approval to the Village Board

Requests rezoning upon annexation from the R-1 Single-Family Residence District to the R-2B Single-Family Residence District of the Village of Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance for the proposed 6 lot residential subdivision addition to the Falling Water Subdivision.  The property is commonly known as 10S521 Route 83.

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their November 26, 2007 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the November 26, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Manieri.  _______________________________
