Z-17-2007; 7055 High Grove Boulevard (Kosich); Text Amendment, Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued Plan Commission Action: Continued to the November 19, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting Requests special use approval to permit a medical office building within the LI Light Industrial District. B. Z-19-2007; 15W455 79th Street (St. Marks Coptic Church) – Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval to the Village Board Requests special use approval for an amendment to Ordinance No. A-834-17-01 to allow the expansion of the existing pre-school from no more than 30 children ages 3 years to 6 years on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00am to 6:00pm to no more than 40 children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years on Mondays through Fridays from 7:00am to 6:00pm for the property commonly known as 15W455 79th Street. C. Z-20-2007; 16W129 83rd Street (Community Support Services) – Text Amendment, Special Uses, Variation and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Continued to the November 5, 2007 Plan Commission Meeting Requests to amend the Zoning Ordinance to add “dog day care and boarding facility” or such other similar description as may be deemed appropriate by the Plan Commission as a special use in the GI General Industrial District, to seek a special use approval to permit a dog day care and boarding facility and outdoor dog run including associated grooming and training services, to seek special use approval for a retail use accessory to either a permitted use or a special use, to seek a special use in accordance with Section IV.J.2 of the Zoning Ordinance for an 8’ fence enclosing said dog run in a non-residence district, and to seek a variation from Section XI.D.7 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow an industrial building between 10,001 and 40,000 square feet to have one loading berth all for the property commonly known as 16W129 83rd Street. D. V-05-2007: 9S174 Drew Avenue (Lombardo); Corner Lot Line Reversal Zoning Variation Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval to the Village Board Requests a variation from Section XIV to permit the lot line adjacent to Drew Avenue to be the front lot line and the west lot line to be considered the rear lot line rather than the requirement that the front lot line be the more narrow frontage of a corner lot (in this case 81st Street) for the property abutting a curved street commonly known as 9S174 Drew Avenue.
