Z-02-2008; Fieldstone Club Homeowners Association; Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued from February 4, 2008 Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval to the Village Board Requests an amendment to the Fieldstone Club Planned Unit Development, Ordinance No. A-454-12-90 to establish regulations for private patios to encroach into the subdivision’s common area. B. Z-07-2008; 515 Village Center Drive (Starbucks); Special Use and Findings of Fact Plan Commission Action: Recommended Approval to the Village Board w/ Conditions Requests special use approval as per the Burr Ridge Village Center PUD Ordinance No. A-834-10-05 to allow a retail coffee shop to open at 5:30 AM Monday through Sunday rather than 6 AM as permitted by the PUD and to request special use approval for a sidewalk seating area all for the existing retail coffee shop. Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their April 14, 2008 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.
