III.             PUBLIC HEARINGS        

A.                 Z-24-2005: 501-1201 Burr Ridge Parkway; Special Use and Findings of Fact – Continued from November 7, 2005 and January 16, 2006

Plan Commission Action:  Recommend Approval

Requests special use approval as per Section XIII.L.2.d of the Burr Ridge Zoning Ordinance to consider approval of:  final plans for Phase 2 of the Burr Ridge Village Center Planned Unit Development; an amendment to the phase 1 final plans concerning modifications to Building #3; an amendment to the preliminary PUD plans concerning minor adjustments to the residential unit sizes; and an amendment to the preliminary PUD plans to accommodate grading changes requested by the Village Engineer.  The preliminary plans for the Village Center PUD were approved by Ordinance Number A-834-10-05 and the Phase 1 final plans were previously approved by Ordinance A-834-25-05.

VI.              ADJOURNMENT

PLEASE NOTE: All recommendations from the Plan Commission are advisory and are submitted to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for their review and final action.  Any item being voted on at this Plan Commission meeting will be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Trustees for consideration at their February 13, 2006 Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.  The Plan Commission’s representative for the February 13, 2006 Board of Trustees meeting is Commissioner Manieri.
