The Burr Ridge Village Center, a multi-story mixed use
retail, office and residential project with a pedestrian-oriented street design
received
Phase 1 Final PUD plans were approved on October 10, 2005. Final plans for Phase
2 were approved on May 8, 2006.
The construction of
the Village Center is progressing beyond the Fall 2007 Grand Opening.
