VILLAGE OF BURR RIDGE LEGAL NOTICE - REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS
GUARANTED PRICE SOLICITATION FOR TREATEMENT OF EMERALD ASH BORER
The Village of Burr Ridge seeks proposals from TCIA Accredited Companies for the application of insecticidal treatments to Ash trees in order to resist the impact of EAB (companies that are not TCIA accredited will be disqualified). The Village seeks a one-year guaranteed price for application of a Merit based insecticide formulation with the active ingredient Imidacloprid, or Village approved equal. Treatment must be completed by June 1, 2013. 2013 MFT ROAD PROGRAM - REQUEST FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Burr Ridge, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, will receive bid proposals for the 2013 MFT Road Program. Bid Documents are available at the Burr Ridge Village Hall, 7660 County Line Road, Burr Ridge, IL 60527, for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Prequalification in the form of an IDOT Certificate of Eligibility is required in order to purchase a bid set. The bid opening will take place on Thursday, April 11th, 2013 at 10:00 AM. The project will include milling, resurfacing and patching of HMA pavement, curb and gutter repair work, structure adjustments and other appurtenant work as identified in the plans and specifications. The Village of Burr Ridge reserves the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
AUDIO/VISUAL UPGRADES - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Village of Burr Ridge is soliciting Requests for Proposals from vendors who can provide product and pricing for an outdoor audio / PA system and basic lighting package for the Village Green in the Burr Ridge Village Center. The purpose of this request is to determine the pricing and available of hardware, installation and training.
