The Village of Burr Ridge is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Management Analyst in the Administration Department. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to support the Village’s Community Development services such as code enforcement, permitting, and economic development, as well as manage special projects as they arise. This role will routinely require independent work both in the office as well as in the field and will be a primary point of contact with elected and appointed officials, residents, and businesses. The successful candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, possesses natural and effective communication skills, is self-managed, and possesses a strong creative background. This position requires a minimum of two years’ experience in a municipal government setting or four years’ professional experience in a non-governmental setting. A graduate degree in public or business administration along with a background in GIS and/or marketing are strongly preferred.
