SMART 9-1-1: The Burr Ridge Police Department dispatch is DUCOMM.  This also includes the “SMART 9-1-1” program, which is available to all residents and businesses in Burr Ridge.  Residents/businesses can confidentially register information regarding their home, family, medical conditions, pets, etc. This information can then be used by dispatch to assist officers who may be called to their residence or business. Information regarding registration for “SMART 9-1-1” is on the website, newsletter, E-Briefs, both Village cable channels, and all Village social media.
