Customers are billed on a bi-monthly basis for water usage. Bills are mailed during the second week of odd numbered months and payment is due 25 days after the billing date. A 10% penalty is applied if payment is not received by the due date regardless of when the payment was postmarked. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Village does not offer a grace period on water bills. Charges that are not paid may be subject to disconnection of service. You may now sign up for E-Billing to have your water bill emailed to you by clicking on the “E-Billing” link on the left.
Residents should contact the Village if they notice a discrepancy between the readings of the inside meter and the outside remote register. Also residents who are moving must call the Village to schedule an appointment for a final reading and provide information of the new water customer. If you have experienced a larger than anticipated water bill, please consider several potential causes for an increase in your water bill. Watering your yard and landscaping, hosting overnight guests, and major holidays. Often, the most common reason is a “running” toilet. To determine if your toilet is running, put a few drops of food coloring in the back of the toilet tank and wait 30 minutes. Do not flush. If colored water appears in your toilet bowl, the toilet is using water unnecessarily and requires repair. Residents should contact the Village if they notice a discrepancy between the readings of the inside meter and outside remote register.

*In person at the Village Hall Administration counter during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The Village accepts cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

*Drop off your payment at the secure drop box to the left of the Village Hall main entrance
*Utilize our online bill pay and customer portal.
Online Bill Pay and Customer Payment Portal
The Village is partnered with InvoiceCloud and all Village water customers can access and manage their accounts online. Residents and businesses can view account balances, invoice history, water consumption and pay online using our online payment portal. Click “Pay your water bill online” and you can make a one time payment or register your account to sign up for enhanced options such as scheduling payments, paperless billing, sign up for Autopay and Text Reminders. The only thing you need is your 12 digit account number located on the front of your water bill. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and check.
