The Illinois Secretary of State Mobile Drivers Services Facility comes to the Burr Ridge Village Hall approximately three times per year. The hours for MDSF are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the day noted. The MDSF setup is typically in the Board Room, complete with cameras for new identification cards and drivers licenses. Vision screening is temporarily waived due to Covid-19, and vehicle renewal stickers are also available at that time. Road tests are NOT available at this location. For more information regarding the services, fees, and identification requirements, you may visit the Secretary of State’s website at: www.cyberdriveillinois.com. At this time, the MDSF is not able to accept cash for services. Please bring a check, credit/debit card, or money order to pay for any services received.
NOTE: At this time, the Secretary of State Mobile Drivers Services Facility IS NOT able to issue the new REAL ID drivers licenses or state IDs. To obtain the new REAL ID, you must go to a regular Drivers Services Facility.
Written tests are no longer available. Testing is now in the touch screen format and must be done at a regular Drivers Services Facility.
