Building Permit Fee Changes Effective May 1

Beginning May 1, 2024, the Village will implement a new fee schedule for building permits. The fee adjustment brings the Village in line with neighboring municipalities and ensures that the Village can recoup costs paid for permit review by third-party consultants. The Board of Trustees discussed and approved these changes at the March 25, 2024 meeting.

Please note that the fee for a stop work order or work performed without an approved building permit has increased to $750.
